Account Setup and first steps
Getting started with FlopHero is straightforward. This guide walks you through creating your account, selecting the right subscription plan, and configuring your settings for optimal results.
Account registration process
Visit app.flophero.com and click “Sign Up” to begin registration. You can create an account using your email address or sign in with Google for faster setup.
When registering with email, choose a strong password. FlopHero stores your hand history data and analysis results, so account security is important. After entering your
details, check your email for a verification link to activate your account.

If you choose Google sign-in, FlopHero will use your existing Google credentials, eliminating the need to remember another password. This option also enables automatic login on devices where you’re already signed into Google.
Once verified, you’ll be directed to the subscription selection page where you can choose the plan that matches your playing stakes.
Subscription plans (Low/Mid/High Stakes)
FlopHero offers three subscription tiers designed around different stake levels, ensuring you get relevant analysis without paying for unnecessary features.
Low Stakes Plan ($50/month) covers games up to PLO 50. Perfect for players building their bankroll and learning PLO fundamentals. You get unlimited hand analysis, access to all core features, and the same HERO.Precision® solver technology.
Mid Stakes Plan ($100/month) supports games up to PLO 500. This tier targets players who have moved beyond micro stakes and are serious about improving.
High Stakes Plan ($200/month) covers all stakes PLO 500 and above. Designed for professional players and serious amateurs playing the highest games
All plans include unlimited hand analysis, full access to the Strategies module, comprehensive reporting, and training tools. The main difference is stake level coverage, ensuring your analysis remains relevant to the games you play.
You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time based on your current playing stakes.

Initial Platform Configuration
After selecting your subscription, you’ll access the main FlopHero interface. Take a few minutes to configure your preferences for the best experience.
- Profile Information: Update your first and last name and verify your email address.
- Discord Integration: Optionally add your Discord username and email to connect with the FlopHero community.
- Language: Choose your preferred language for the platform interface.
- Social Media Connections:
- Connect or disconnect your Google account.
- Join the FlopHero Discord Community using the invite link.
- Save Changes: Once you update your information, click Save changes to apply the updates.

Navigation Basics
FlopHero’s interface centers around five main sections accessible from the top navigation bar.
- Hands shows your individual hand analysis with quality ratings and detailed breakdowns.
- Sessions provides overview data for entire playing sessions. Use this section to identify your most profitable and problematic sessions.
- Reports offers detailed statistical analysis of your play patterns. The preflop and postflop tabs break down your decision-making by position, stack size, number of player or SPR.
- Strategies gives you access to the HERO.Precision® models for studying optimal play in specific situations.
- Trainer provides practice tools to reinforce the concepts you learn from your analysis.
- The Upload button in the top-right corner is where you’ll add new hand history files for analysis.

Setting Up for Success
Before uploading your first session, ensure your poker client is configured to save hand histories. Most major sites save these automatically, but you may need to enable this feature in your client settings.
Create a dedicated folder on your computer for FlopHero uploads. This organization makes it easier to track analyzed sessions.
Set realistic expectations for your improvement timeline. Most players see measurable results within 2-4 weeks of use.
Account Security
FlopHero takes data security seriously. Your hand histories and analysis results are encrypted and stored securely. The platform never shares your playing data with third parties.
Your subscription automatically renews monthly unless you cancel. You can modify or cancel your subscription anytime through account settings.
