How to submit a feature request

  • In the App: Go to Contact Support.
  • Email: Send us your idea at [email protected] with the subject line “Feature Request”.
  • Community Channels: Join the Flop Hero community on Discord and drop your idea in the #requests-ideas.

What happens next

  • Every request is reviewed by our SMEs.
  • Popular or recurring requests are added to our feature backlog for evaluation.
  • If your request is selected, we may reach out for more detail or beta testing.

Bug Reports

Flop Hero is constantly evolving, and your reports help us improve stability and performance. If you run into an issue, please let us know.

How to report a bug

  1. In the App
    • Go to Customer Support.
    • Fill in the quick form describing what happened.
  2. Email
  3. Community Channels
    • Report bugs in our Discord #support-bugs.

What to include in your report

The more detail, the faster we can fix it:

  • Steps to reproduce (what you clicked/did right before the bug appeared).
  • Expected result vs. what actually happened.
  • Screenshots or screen recordings (especially for hand import or trainer issues).
  • Environment details:
    • Browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc.) & version
    • Operating system (Windows/macOS)

Common examples of bugs

  • App not loading or freezing
  • Hands failing to import or showing incorrectly
  • Trainer or Replayer not starting
  • Billing page errors
  • Error messages that don’t go away after retrying

What happens after you report

  • Your bug is logged in our internal tracker.
  • The support team may reach out for clarification.
  • Urgent issues (like billing or login failures) are prioritized.
  • Fixes are released regularly and announced appropriately.

Emergency issues

If you’re locked out of your account or unable to access core paid features:

  • Contact [email protected] immediately with “URGENT” in the subject line.
  • Our team will prioritize restoring your access.
