Replayer Overview

The FlopHero Replayer provides an immersive, interactive environment for analyzing individual poker hands. Unlike static hand histories, the Replayer brings hands to life with visual representations of the table, players, and action progression, making it easy to understand complex hand dynamics and decision points.

The interface combines multiple elements to provide comprehensive hand analysis: a realistic table visualization, detailed player information, intuitive navigation controls, action analysis tools, GTO strategy integration, and a complete hand timeline.

Replayer Table

The Replayer Table is the central visual component of the Replayer, designed to recreate the hand in a clear and intuitive way. It simulates the actual poker table, showing all players, their stack sizes, the blinds, and the pot as the action progresses.

Each player’s seat is displayed around the table with their username and current stack size. Active positions such as SB (small blind), BB (big blind), and others like MP, CO, or BTN are labeled to provide context on position. The Hero is clearly highlighted so you always know which perspective you are reviewing.

In the middle of the table, the pot size is displayed and updates automatically as bets are added. The blinds are shown on the felt as small chips, visually marking the forced bets at the start of the hand.

At the bottom, your own hand is revealed in front of the Hero seat, showing the hole cards you held in that situation. This keeps the focus on decision-making from your perspective.

As the hand plays out, the community cards are dealt onto the table in sequence (flop, turn, and river). This visual flow allows you to follow the action just as if you were sitting at the table, making the review process both intuitive and immersive.

Altogether, the Replayer Table provides the contextual environment for studying hands, combining stack sizes, positions, blinds, pot size, and dealt cards into a single unified view.

Top information header

The Top information header provides all the essential context for the hand and the strategy setup you are reviewing. On the left side, it displays the hand information, including the poker site, the stakes, and the type of game. Just below, it shows the strategy configuration used for the simulation, specifying the number of players and the effective stack size, so you always know the parameters under which the analysis was generated.

On the right side, the bar contains quick display controls. Here you can toggle between viewing stack sizes in big blinds or in currency, depending on your preferred format. You also have access to the display settings menu, where you can customize how information is visualized across the matrix.

Altogether, the top information header works as the header of the screen, combining hand context, strategic setup, and visualization tools in one place to make sure your study session is always clear and properly configured.

Feedback panel

The Feedback Panel appears after you make a decision in the Trainer. Its purpose is to immediately compare your chosen action with the solver’s optimal recommendation, giving you direct insight into the quality of your play.

At the center, the system displays whether your action was correct. If it matches the solver’s choice, a green “Correct” message appears. This provides instant validation that you followed the optimal line.

Below, all possible actions for the situation are listed side by side. Each action shows two key pieces of information: the percentage frequency with which the solver would take that action in the given spot, and the EV value of the action. For example, in the screenshot, folding and calling both appear at 0% frequency with significantly lower EVs, while raising to 3bb is chosen 100% of the time with the highest EV, making it the clear GTO solution.

Together, these elements provide more than just right-or-wrong feedback. They let you understand the rationale behind the solver’s choice, highlighting how profitable each option would have been and showing the strategy mix where relevant. This way, every decision becomes a learning opportunity, reinforcing not just the optimal move but also the underlying equity landscape of the spot.

Navigation Bar

The Navigation Bar is the control center for moving through a hand in the Replayer. It allows you to review the action step by step or skip quickly across streets depending on the level of detail you want.

On the left side, you can restart the hand from the beginning, move backwards one action at a time, or jump quickly back through several actions until you reach the start of the hand. On the right side, you have the opposite functions: moving forward one action at a time, fast-forwarding through the sequence, or going directly to the end of the hand to see the result.

In the center, a timeline shows the four main stages of the hand:  Preflop, Flop, Turn, and River. A marker highlights when you made a mistake in this street.

Altogether, the Navigation Bar provides an intuitive way to explore hands at your own pace, whether you want to analyze each decision in detail or quickly move to a later point in the action.

Matrix strategy

The Matrix strategy is a visual grid representing all possible starting hands in the current scenario. Each square corresponds to a specific hand combo. The colors overlaying the cells indicate the solver’s recommended strategy for that hand, showing whether it should be folded, called, or pushed all-in. In this view:

  • Red cells represent hands that the solver plays with a raise.
  • Green cells represent hands that are profitable to call.
  • Blue cells represent hands that should be folded.
  • Some cells may display mixed colors, reflecting mixed strategies where the solver uses different actions with the same hand at certain frequencies.

By clicking on any specific hand in the matrix, you can drill down to see detailed information about the strategy for that hand, including exact percentages of each action and their EV.

Conclusion

The FlopHero Replayer integrates every key element needed to study and internalize GTO strategy in a dynamic way. From the table visualization that recreates the hand context, to the top information header that sets the simulation parameters, the feedback panel that delivers instant solver comparisons, the navigation bar that gives full control of the action flow, and the matrix strategy that breaks down every combo with clarity, each component plays a distinct role in turning raw hand histories into meaningful learning experiences.

By combining visualization, analysis, and solver guidance, the Replayer transforms hand review into an interactive process. Instead of passively reading through hands, players can actively explore decisions, understand solver logic, and connect theoretical frequencies to real gameplay situations. Ultimately, the Replayer serves as both a study tool and a bridge between GTO knowledge and practical application, helping players improve decision-making and build long-term strategic understanding.
