You may NOT use our Service for:
- Real-Time Assistance (RTA): Using our tools during live poker games or real-money sessions
- Live Decision Support: Accessing our analysis during active poker play
- Tournament Assistance: Using our tools during poker tournaments or competitions
- Cash Game Support: Accessing our Service during real-money cash games
Other Prohibited Uses
You may also NOT use our Service for:
- Commercial redistribution: Sharing, selling, or redistributing our analysis or content
- Reverse engineering: Attempting to copy, modify, or extract our algorithms
- Automated access: Using bots, scrapers, or automated tools without permission
- Illegal activities: Any use that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Minors: Allowing anyone who does not meet local age requirements to access the Service

RTA Prohibition Enforcement
STRICT PROHIBITION: Our Service must NEVER be used during live poker play, real-money games, or any situation where real-time assistance would provide an unfair advantage. Violation of this prohibition may result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.

Subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable. New users can use the product (with limitations) for free until they decide to upgrade.

Free Trial
New users can use the tool (with limiations) for free.
Payment Processing

Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

Flop Hero is an educational tool designed to improve poker skills through post-session analysis. We make no guarantees about poker performance, winnings, or success rates. Poker involves risk, and past performance does not guarantee future results.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR OUR SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:
- USD $100, OR
- THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM
Exclusion of Damages
WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

You agree to protect us from claims arising from your use of our service or violation of these terms.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Flophero US LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

Dispute Resolution
Disputes are resolved through Wyoming law and binding arbitration, not class action lawsuits.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Arbitration Agreement
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or our Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in Wyoming, and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
Class Action Waiver
YOU AGREE THAT ANY ARBITRATION OR PROCEEDING SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE DISPUTE BETWEEN US AND YOU INDIVIDUALLY. YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION.
Jury Trial Waiver
YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL FOR ANY DISPUTE ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR OUR SERVICE.
