Privacy: What We Do With Your Hands
Your hand histories hold valuable information about how you play poker. They reflect your strategy, patterns, and tendencies. At FlopHero, we treat this data as private property that belongs only to you.
Your Data Stays Private
No other users can see your hands. When you upload a session, it’s stored securely within your personal database. Only you can access it.
This privacy covers every aspect of your data. Other players won’t see your statistics, reports, or derived metrics. Your play style and tendencies remain confidential.
For more details on managing your session data, see the article Managing Your Hand Database.
We Don’t Sell Your Data
FlopHero never sells user data to third parties. Your hands are not shared with training databases, research projects, or any external entities.
Some poker tools generate extra income by selling aggregated hand data. We don’t. Our business model is simple: you pay for analysis, and we provide it. That’s the entire exchange.
How We Protect Your Data
Your information is encrypted during transmission and storage using banking-level standards.
All connections run over HTTPS with TLS encryption, preventing interception between your device and our servers.
Our servers are protected by multiple layers of security including firewalls, intrusion detection, continuous monitoring, and regular audits.
Access is strictly limited to essential personnel. Even if intercepted, your data would appear only as unreadable, encrypted content.
Automated Processing Only
Your hands are analyzed entirely by automated solver technology. No human ever reviews or accesses your hand histories.
This design ensures your privacy, even within FlopHero. Customer support cannot see your hands, and developers do not access them for debugging. Privacy is built into the system architecture from the start.
To learn how our solver operates, see the article HERO.Precision® Solver Technology Overview.
