FAQ - Subscription

This article answers the most common questions about FlopHero subscriptions, billing, and managing your plan. If you don’t find what you need, contact the support team on Discord or email hello@flophero.com.

Choosing the Right Subscription

Pick the plan that matches the stakes you play most often. Rake and game dynamics vary by level, so analysis and training are stake-specific. Hands played outside your plan won’t be analyzed, and trainer strategies won’t apply.

FlopHero offers three tiers. Low Stakes covers up to PLO $0.25/$0.50. Mid Stakes covers up to PLO $2/$5. High Stakes covers all stakes.

Choose based on where you play the most volume. You can upgrade anytime as you move up in stakes.

How Pricing Works

All FlopHero plans include the same features. You only pay for the stakes you play.

Each subscription includes full access to GTO Tracker, Strategies, Trainer, and Replayer. The only difference between plans is the stake level covered. There are no hidden tiers or locked features.

Payment Options

FlopHero accepts all major credit and debit cards via Stripe, our encrypted and PCI-compliant payment processor. Your payment data is handled securely and never stored directly by FlopHero.

We also accept cryptocurrency payments in Tether (USDT). These are processed manually upon request. If you’d like to pay with USDT, contact us on Discord or email hello@flophero.com for setup.

Do subscriptions renew automatically?

Yes. All subscriptions renew automatically to ensure uninterrupted access. You can cancel anytime from your Subscription Management settings. After canceling, you’ll keep full access until the end of your billing cycle.

What happens if a payment fails?

If a payment fails, FlopHero retries several times during a short grace period. If it still fails, your account switches to the Free plan until payment details are updated.

Your data remains safe. Once payment succeeds, your subscription reactivates automatically. Common reasons for failed payments include expired cards, insufficient funds, or billing address mismatches.

What’s the refund policy?

If you’re not satisfied, you can request a refund within 7 days of purchase. Contact us on Discord or email hello@flophero.com. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

If FlopHero isn’t what you expected, reach out within the first week and we’ll process your refund quickly. No questions asked.

Canceling Your Subscription

You can cancel anytime from your subscription settings. After cancellation, you’ll keep access until your billing period ends, then your account moves to the Free plan.

To cancel, click your profile icon in the top right, select Subscription, click Cancel Subscription, and confirm cancellation. That’s it.

Your hand histories and data remain stored. When you return, everything will still be available. For full details, see the Managing Your Plan article.

Can I downgrade my plan?

Yes. You can downgrade anytime. The change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle, so you keep full access until then.

If you’re playing lower stakes or want to reduce costs, downgrading is straightforward. Just select a lower plan in your subscription dashboard and confirm.

Upgrading Your Plan

Yes. Upgrades are instant. You’ll be charged a prorated amount for the remaining time in your billing cycle and gain access to higher-stake analysis right away.

If you start playing higher stakes, upgrading keeps your strategy and reports aligned with your new level. You don’t have to wait for your billing cycle to end.

What’s included in the Free plan?

The Free plan lets you analyze up to 10 hands per day. It’s ideal for casual players who want to review key hands without paying.

If that volume fits your study goals, you can use FlopHero indefinitely. There’s no time limit on the Free plan. We believe if you only need that much, we haven’t earned your money yet.

Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?

Yes. You can switch billing cycles anytime from your subscription dashboard. Annual plans include a 25% discount compared to monthly payments.

If you switch from monthly to annual, the new cycle starts on your next billing date, and you’ll see the discount applied. If you switch from annual to monthly, the change takes effect when your current annual period ends.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Nothing. Your hand histories, session data, and analysis remain stored. When you return and reactivate your subscription, everything will still be available.

FlopHero doesn’t delete your data when you cancel. You can come back anytime and pick up right where you left off.
