Discord (Fastest Response)
The quickest way to get help is through our Discord server.
Join at https://discord.gg/XZJ957eK9J and post your question in the support channel.
Our team and community members are active daily, and most questions receive answers within minutes.
Discord is ideal for quick troubleshooting, product questions, and connecting with other FlopHero users who may have faced the same issue.

Email Support
For more detailed issues or account-specific topics, email hello@flophero.com.
We usually respond within 24 hours on business days.
Email is best for billing questions, account access problems, or when you need to share sensitive information privately.
In-App Support
You can also contact us directly from inside FlopHero:
- Click your profile icon
- Click Contact Support
This method automatically includes diagnostic information with your message, which helps us identify issues faster.

What to Include in Your Support Request
To help us resolve your issue quickly, include as much detail as possible:
- Describe the problem: What were you doing? What happened? What did you expect instead?
- Steps to reproduce: List the exact steps that led to the issue so we can test it.
- Screenshots or screen recordings: Capture any error messages or unexpected behavior.
- Browser and system info: Include your browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc.) and operating system (Windows, Mac, or Linux).
- Hand or session ID: If your issue involves a specific hand or session, include its ID so we can locate it.
