Using Live Tracker for Real-Time Hand Analysis
Once the Live Tracker is running, you can access FlopHero’s real-time analysis feature. It reviews your decisions while you’re still playing, providing instant feedback that helps you identify and understand mistakes as they happen.

The Live Tracker monitors your selected folders and analyzes new hands in real time as you play.
How the Auto-Import Function Works
The Live Tracker monitors the folders where your poker client saves hand histories. When a new hand is written, the tracker detects it within seconds and uploads it automatically to FlopHero servers.
Everything runs silently in the background. Once uploaded, the HERO.Precision® solver analyzes each decision. Most hands complete processing within 10 to 30 seconds.
Tracker List Overview
In the Tracker List tab, you’ll see all detected hands with their current status: Uploading, Processing, or Complete.
If an upload fails, it displays an error and retries automatically.
Reviewing Hands While Playing
Keep the FlopHero web interface open on a second screen or next to your poker client. When a hand finishes processing, it appears in your hands list.
Select a hand to open the replayer and view the full breakdown:
- Your actions
- HERO.Precision® optimal recommendations
- EV impact for each decision
This near-instant feedback is valuable for evaluating close spots, such as marginal river calls or thin value bets.
Best Practices for Live Analysis
Stay focused on your current session. Avoid reviewing hands in the middle of live play.
Use natural breaks, like short pauses or tournament intervals, to check results.
Many players keep FlopHero visible but inactive during play. This lets them notice key leaks flagged by the tracker without losing concentration.
Performance and System Impact
The Live Tracker runs efficiently because all calculations occur on FlopHero’s servers.
It uses a queue to manage uploads during heavy activity. A small queue is normal.
If the queue grows too large, it may indicate a weak internet connection.
