Troubleshooting Common Issues with FlopHero
Running into a problem with FlopHero is usually easy to fix. Use this guide to resolve login errors, browser issues, performance slowdowns, upload problems, and missing analysis.
Login Problems
Can’t log in or see “Invalid Credentials”
- Check your email and password. Passwords are case-sensitive.
- If you forgot your password, click Forgot Password on the login page and use the reset link. Check spam if it doesn’t arrive.
“Account Not Found”
- Confirm you’re using the email you registered with.
- If you still can’t log in, contact hello@flophero.com.

Browser Compatibility Issues
FlopHero not loading or displaying correctly
- Use the latest Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge. Updating the browser fixes most display problems.
Features not working or buttons not responding
- Clear cache and cookies, then restart the browser.
- Temporarily disable extensions like ad blockers or privacy tools.
- Try a different browser to isolate the issue.

Performance Issues
FlopHero feels slow
- Close unused tabs.
- Test your internet speed and stabilize the connection.
- Restart the browser to clear memory bloat.
- Close heavy apps to free system resources.

Display and Rendering Issues
Tables, charts, or graphics not showing
- Disable extensions first.
- Update your graphics drivers if the issue persists.
Text is too small or too large
- Reset zoom to 100% with Ctrl+0 (Windows) or Cmd+0 (Mac).
Mobile display problems
- FlopHero is desktop-first. Some features may not fit smaller screens. Use a laptop or desktop for best results.

Reset zoom and disable extensions to fix missing visuals or layout problems when viewing FlopHero on desktop.
Session and Hand Upload Issues
Hands not appearing after upload
- Confirm the upload completed successfully.
- Wait a few minutes for large files to process.
- Check if filters are hiding results.
- Verify the hands fall within your plan’s stake coverage.
Important: Unsupported files or malformed hand histories will not import. See Hand Upload Troubleshooting for accepted formats.
Analysis Not Showing
“Analysis Not Available” or missing GTO solutions
- The hand is outside your plan’s stake coverage.
- The format is unsupported.
- The spot falls into a category we do not analyze. See Why We Don’t Analyze Certain Hands.
Check the hand details panel for the specific reason.
